Rachel's wedding - Oct 2010

 

2010-10-18 Gretna wedding

Rachel Bowes, one of Ann's grand-daughters, went to Gretna to marry a Scotsman named Andrew Sweeney at the Mill Forge at 5:30 p.m..

Ann and I decided to stay overnight at the Gretna Hall Hotel rather than to drive home so late at night.

Here are some of the many pictures I took of the event.

First we got changed into our glad-rags.

It began to feel chilly!

After the ceremony they signed the register.
